Email support@nuvoha.app. Please contact us from the email address connected to your Nuvoha account when your request is account-specific.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, passport numbers, or other sensitive credentials by email.
For an existing booking, include the Nuvoha booking reference and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment-card details.
Final booking, cancellation, amendment, and refund handling may be governed by the travel provider or merchant of record identified in your booking confirmation.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed and managed through the store account used for purchase. You can restore an eligible purchase from Nuvoha’s subscription screen.
Apple subscriptions can be managed in App Store subscription settings. Google Play subscriptions can be managed in Google Play subscription settings.
