How to delete your account in the app
Open Nuvoha and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app to submit your account deletion request.
If you cannot access your account or need help, email
support@nuvoha.app from the email address
connected to your Nuvoha account. Include a short note that you want to delete your
Nuvoha account.
Data deleted
When your Nuvoha account deletion request is processed, Nuvoha deletes account data tied to your user account, including:
- Account profile information
- Saved trips
- Favourites
- App preferences
- Search and account data tied to your user account
Records that may be retained
Some records may be retained after account deletion when they are legally,
commercially, or operationally required. These may include:
- Booking and payment records
- Fraud-prevention records
- Legal and compliance records
- Customer-support correspondence
- Records required by suppliers or payment processors
Retained records are kept only as long as legally or operationally required.
Processing time
Nuvoha processes deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some connected services,
suppliers, payment processors, or legal obligations may require additional handling time
for retained records.
