Nuvoha Referral & Prize Terms

By participating, you’re helping grow a community of curious travellers and unlocking surprises along the way. Here’s what you need to know:

1. Eligibility

• The referral expedition is open to anyone with a valid email address and is over the age of 18.
• To participate, you must sign up via the Nuvoha waitlist and receive your unique referral link.
• Users are eligible for rewards only if they are followers of the official Nuvoha Instagram account (@nuvoha_ai) and achieve the stated referral counts.
• Participants must be residents of the United Arab Emirates and aged 18 years or older.
• All referrals and participants are subject to verification by Nuvoha to ensure eligibility and compliance with these terms.
• Users are only eligible for rewards if they are followers of the official Nuvoha Instagram account (nuvoha_ai) and achieve the stated referral counts.
• Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and residents of the United Arab Emirates are eligible to participate.
• Employees of Nuvoha and their immediate family members are not eligible for rewards.
• Nuvoha reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet these requirements or who engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

• A “referral” is counted when someone signs up using your unique referral link and confirms their email address.
• You must not use bots, fake accounts, or bulk email tactics. We’re all about genuine, human sharing.

• Rewards are granted based on the number of confirmed referrals.
• Reward tiers and details are visible on your referral dashboard and may evolve over time.
• Rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or used as a means of payment.
• All rewards are non-transferable and are intended for promotional use within the Nuvoha platform only.
• Examples include: early access, digital badges and Pro access (time-limited).

• The “Surprise Trip” reward (“Prize”) is available to one (1) user, selected at random, who has reached a minimum of one hundred (100) successful referrals as determined and verified by Nuvoha. The Prize is awarded at the sole discretion of Nuvoha.

• The Prize consists of a trip for two (2) adults aged 18 years or over, with a total maximum value of AED 5,000 (Five Thousand UAE Dirhams). The total amount includes return flights and hotel accommodation only.
• The destination and travel dates will be determined exclusively by Nuvoha.
• The Prize does not cover visa fees, travel insurance, upgrades, transfers, meals, spending money, or any other incidental costs.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

• The winner will be notified by Nuvoha via the contact details provided in their account.
• The winner must confirm their preferred departure airport within three (3) calendar days of receiving the prize confirmation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Nuvoha will have no further obligation to provide any alternative.
• Once confirmed, any changes to the booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline and accommodation providers, and any additional costs will be borne by the travellers.

Loss, theft, injury, illness, or damage suffered by the travellers during the trip.
Natural disasters, force majeure events, or acts of God.
Airline, hotel, or third-party service provider actions, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or service failures.

• Travellers participate in the trip at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance before departure.

• Referrals must be real, individual people, no self-referrals, spamming, or misleading links.
• Nuvoha reserves the right to disqualify participants for abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity.

• Nuvoha reserves the right to substitute rewards, including the Prize (in whole or in part), with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Nuvoha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the reward or any related promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities related to the reward (e.g., photos, testimonials) unless prohibited by law.
• Personal data collected in connection with this reward will be processed in accordance with Nuvoha’s Privacy Policy.
• If rewards change, Nuvoha will do its best to honour completed milestones or offer fair equivalents.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
